ITA Achieves Sales Milestone with MikronWood™ Blinds

ST. AUGUSTINE, FL.—June 16, 2006 — ITA, Inc. reported that its Meridian Home® MikronWood™ horizontal blinds have chalked up a string of consecutive annual sales increases, and have now driven past the $30 million mark in only five years. The company attributed the milestone achievement to unflagging customer demand for the superior quality and advanced technology built into its composite blinds, and to its deepening national and international distribution channels.

ITA also announced that it will be able to keep pace with ongoing sales growth and ensure a reliable supply of product, thanks to the establishment of a new, dedicated composite manufacturing facility in the United States, with recently upgraded production lines. ITA President Bill Harris said, “This significant new capacity will enable the company to satisfy expected customer volume requirements for the next several years.”

A runaway success since their launch five years ago, ITA’s MikronWood Blinds are a mainstay in the company’s full line of Meridian Home ® globally branded window fashions.
